On this day in 1971, Alan Shepard became the first man to hit a gold ball on the moon. I bet it's pretty difficult hitting the greens from there! I don't know exactly when he said this, however I love it. It just shows how humble he thought of himself. I like when someone does something great and still thinks that he is human.
